A huge surprise. This place belongs in the Sydney Japanese scene.

Meal portions were very large, the Honeysuckle chicken schnitzel was as enough for two! Best chicken schnitzel ever. Staff were friendly, only criticism would be that tables needed to be cleaned. Beautiful waterside relaxed atmosphere.

Nagasaki never disappoints.Delicious, clean, fresh food. Prompt, happy attentive service.Fabulous location.Highly recommended and of course we will continue to return.

Stylish relaxation. Outdoor seating is the best. Not a pre-dinner snack of any kind. There are karaage chicken, pork chunks, onion rings. Sliding rods recommended. Cocktails are good, in short I think this place.

Get the banquet. Please. Especially if you like food, and have a big appetite. We visited for dinner and sat inside. We ordered the banquet and were not disappointed! The tapas were so delicious, and not your run-of-the-mill menu (eg fried calamari on top of crunchy squid ink paella). You individually choose your main. The charcoal chicken dish is HUGE. It is so refreshing to see a decent meal size on the plate!! I had beef cheeks which again was a large meal, but the flavour was quite repetitive. The dish would improve with a side sauce or something to break up the monotony. The side dishes were excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and absolutely recommend you dine here. We had a lot of food left over, so next time we will make sure we go with completely empty stomachs! They don&#39;t have high chairs for kids, which would be a nice inclusion for the future.

We visited on a Tuesday night and were told the regular restaurant was closed, but we could sit outside and order from the menu anyway (bit confusing!). The food was ok but again, a bit odd. The Korean chicken wings were amazing but the calamari / rice dish was tiny - calamari consisted of 4 rings the size of a 10 cents coin on a small piece of rice cake. Not very good value and we were quite disappointed. We also had the croquettes which were ok but not special. One of our party had the beef cheeks which were well received. Another had the half chicken and was somewhat disappointed. The Cuban sandwich was not as expected with way too much cheese and extra bread in the middle which was unnecessary. Overall, the location is fabulous and some menu items were great but not enough for a return visit.

Went for dinner with the family, table of 8 (+baby-no high chair available so we had to take strap in seat). Hmm where to begin... Food...just ok. We kind of ordered a heap of bits and shared- croquettes-tasteless n boring, squid very small serve-would much prefer more squid and no squid ink rice cake which was dry n boring. Prawns ok but hard to get out of shell Scallop Ceviche the hit of the night-great dish. Mains we had... Chilli Crab (no tools!) Peri peri chicken, moist and tasty. Beef cheek-unseasoned, dry, strange. Dessert-churros, raw in the middle and if you going to make a chocolate sauce use decent chocolate! Sent back (removed from Bill) Staff... Very inattentive...we only got a second drink as I managed to get ones attention and made her stop. My dad went to the bar and bought his own-4 times! Also one cocktail with contained lychee-the lychee was off! Waitress was informed-but didn&#39;t seem to care. Going back to dinner order...there was no recommendation to take the banquet?? No suggestions. No enthusiasm! In saying that...they seemed to be very understaffed. So I can&#39;t really blame &quot;the staff&quot; but either way...they didn&#39;t seem to be trying too hard! In short...we won&#39;t be back...I&#39;m really disappointed. We&#39;re actually finding quite a few restaurants along honeysuckle are like really poorly run pubs. Time to step up! I&#39;m happy to pay big $ for food, but you need to show me your worth it! The Landing is not!

Great view. Great vibe. Nice menu and love the beer taps. Highly recommend the cheesy bacon fries. Staff are super friendly and helpful. A great little local for us. Definitely worth a stop by.
